1. General Policy
tgflow.ai is a subscription-based SaaS platform. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax collection, and refund transactions.
By subscribing to tgflow.ai, you agree to this Refund Policy and Lemon Squeezy’s own refund guidelines: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
• Technical Issues: If the Service was not accessible or functioning due to our fault, and the issue could not be resolved within 72 hours.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period.
• Trial Period Guarantee: If you cancel within the 3-day free trial, you will not be charged.
Refund requests for reasons outside these categories will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
Refunds are not provided for:
• Partial months or unused subscription periods after cancellation.
• Downgrade of plan mid-cycle.
• Failure to use the Service without requesting cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
1. Contact our support team at support@tgflow.ai with your order ID and reason for refund.
2. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.
