tgflow.ai is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered messaging, outreach, and automation tools for Telegram channels, including analytics and lead management features.
3. Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) and handling payment security. By purchasing through tgflow.ai, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
5. Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are liable for all activity under your account.
6. Subscription & Payments
• The Service is billed on a subscription basis.
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• All fees are processed by Lemon Squeezy and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy’s policy and at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.
• Violate Telegram’s Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, and content on tgflow.ai are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit them without prior consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
tgflow.ai is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
